In this remodel, Kitchen and Bathrooms were left as-is. New flooring, doors, trim and paint really brought this home to life. Custom built-ins, two fireplace remodels, wall removal to create a bunk area and brand new wet bar combined with fun furnishings and pops of color make this a great hang out for youngsters and adults alike.

Park City Mt Ski-in
The overall layout was kept in this remodel except for in the Master Bathroom where we removed one door to create extra bench and storage room in the entry area and a lock-out owners closet in the master bathroom. We did all new heated tile flooring, a brand new kitchen, fireplace redesign, new trim and paint throughout, custom built, space-saving, furnishings in both bedrooms, total bathroom overhauls, new fixtures, and additional furniture. We are especially in love with the fun and playful Master Bathroom tiles.

Basin View
We kept the same layout due to the size and the HOA restrictions. We did a full gut of the condo – smoothed the textured ceilings, new doors & trim throughout, all new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, countertops, new lighting, additional furnishings, paint throughout, artwork, and of course the piece de résistance, the LED lit floating staircase. The results speak for themselves.

Homestead
The biggest challenge of this project was getting the wood finish colors, cabinet colors, beams, door & trim woodwork to all jive together along with the paint. We think the results are stunning.

Hinsdale Home
We removed the yellow/gold on the floors by going darker with the new stain color. The new fireplace design created a much more symmetrical look to the room and gave the family built in shelving and a new dry bar area. Exterior and interior paint went much lighter and brighter. This family is not afraid of color and we were able to liven things up with fun fabrics that we reupholstered some of the old furnishings in. Custom drapes, rugs, new furnishings & fixtures were added to create this modern, bright, elegant interior.
