This lovely Santa Barbara couple purchased a 3 bedroom/2.5 bath condo with beautiful Basin/Mountain Views back in 2006. After enjoying it for many years, they decided it was time for an overhaul. The goal was to create a modern interior with mountain touches. The main request in the redesign was a floating staircase.
Design Solution
We kept the same layout due to the size and the HOA restrictions. We did a full gut of the condo – smoothed the textured ceilings, new doors & trim throughout, all new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, countertops, new lighting, additional furnishings, paint throughout, artwork, and of course the piece de résistance, the LED lit floating staircase.
