This project was done in two phases. In phase one we completed the basement remodel for this Park City family with a newborn on the way. Once baby boy was born, we went back and did a full Kitchen remodel and redesigned the front door entry of the home.
Design Solution
In the basement remodel of this family’s home, we took out a wall to add a new temperature controlled wine room. We love everything about this bar… from the LED color changing lights, to the custom designed metal ceiling that defines the space, the soft cork floors and the beautiful waterfall edge on the countertop.
The new front door design of this home made a world of difference. Much needed natural light was gained with the addition of multiple windows that define a once almost hidden, dark, space. We created a special place for guests to enter into under a stunning new chandelier.
The kitchen was a dull, mismatched combination of woods and finishes that were not working together. New cabinets, appliances, countertops with waterfall edges, and a custom designed hood took this kitchen from dull to chic mountain modern.
